Luxury Sign Miami® offers replacement only for those signs that arrived defective at their final destination. and it must be verified through photographs and videos that at the time of opening the box, the art has arrived defective or in poor condition. We do not make refunds or refunds. You must contact us within a maximum period of 5 business days from the moment you receive your art.

Luxury Sign Miami® does not cover warranty for broken, wet, dirty or damaged NEON/LED signs caused by misuse of art.
Luxury Sign Miami® interior products include a 12-month warranty on electrical components when used properly.

We are not responsible for damages caused by the transformer cable that is connected to the current (they tend to have a short time of use). Warranty Coverage for Installed and Wired Signs
Luxury Sign Miami® is not responsible for any costs incurred in installing and/or uninstalling your sign. Yes, in the unlikely event that your sign experiences a suspected failure, we will request photos and video for diagnostic purposes and may require that you return the sign to us for repair, If you and your art are located in Miami, you may bring it to our physical point for review and proceed with the substitution, likewise you can pick it up within our facilities once the substitution is finished. If your art is located outside of Miami and you cannot bring it to our facilities, Luxury Sign Miami® is not responsible for the shipping costs to receive the art again, nor to return it to its final destination once replaced, the costs shipping will be borne by the customer.
If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or wired, Luxury Sign Miami® is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the removal and/or reinstallation of your sign. If your sign has been installed and all electrical work has been connected by an electrician, it is our sole discretion to decide if the failure that occurs is covered by our 12-month warranty (indoor signs only).
For our art made of Wood or Acrylic, Luxury Sign Miami® offers replacement of your art ONLY if it is proven that the art arrived in poor condition at its final destination, and it was not damaged due to misuse. You must send us a photograph or video immediately upon discovering that the art arrived in poor condition, these proofs must be sent within a MAXIMUM period of 5 days.
Luxury Sign Miami® Custom Return Procedure
Contact us at email@example.com, or our service line (786) 843-8636 to let us know which products you want to return and why, attaching a short video of your sign and photos. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are unable to provide a video and photo of the problem, our ability to rectify your problem will be limited. Once we have received all the required information, we will contact you to try to solve the problem.
If a replacement has been arranged, please note that you must return the defective product in its original condition including its packaging.
If a replacement has been arranged, the defective item must be returned for inspection by Luxury Sign Miami® within 14 days of receiving the product.
