Luxury Sign Miami® Replacement Policy
Luxury Sign Miami® offers replacements exclusively for signs that arrive defective at their final destination. Verification through photographs and videos must confirm that, upon opening the box, the art was in a defective or poor condition. Refunds or returns are not provided. You must contact us within a maximum period of 5 business days from the moment you receive your art.
Luxury Sign Miami® will make every effort to resolve the issue and replace the product. No monetary refunds will be issued. The final resolution for defective products is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the source of the failure, and is at the sole discretion of Luxury Sign Miami®.
Personalized Guarantee from Luxury Sign Miami®
Luxury Sign Miami® does not cover warranties for broken, wet, dirty, or damaged NEON/LED signs resulting from the misuse of art.
Luxury Sign Miami® interior products include a 12-month warranty on electrical components when used properly.
After the 12-month warranty has expired, your NEON or LED art will not be left unprotected. At Luxury Sign Miami®, we offer technical service for maintenance and after-sales review at an additional cost, which will depend on the art’s issues.
We are not responsible for damages caused by the transformer cable connected to the current (which tends to have a short lifespan). In case of burning the power supply (AC adapter), if it fails or is damaged, it must be replaced at the customer’s expense. We recommend purchasing it from AMAZON, ensuring it is 12 Volts (12V=5A), as it is a cost-effective and reliable product.
Warranty Coverage for Installed and Wired Signs
Luxury Sign Miami® is not responsible for any costs associated with installing and/or uninstalling your sign. In the event of a suspected failure, we may request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign’s return for repair. If located in Miami, customers can bring the sign to our physical point for review and substitution. If the art is outside Miami, the customer bears shipping costs for the return and replacement.
If your sign is installed and all electrical work is connected by an electrician, our sole discretion decides if the failure is covered by our 12-month warranty (indoor signs only).
For art made of Wood or Acrylic, Luxury Sign Miami® offers replacement ONLY if proven that the art arrived in poor condition, not damaged due to misuse. Photos or videos must be sent immediately upon discovering poor condition within a MAXIMUM period of 5 days.
Luxury Sign Miami® Custom Return Procedure
Contact us at luxurysignmiami@gmail.com or our service line (786) 843-8636 to inform us of the products you want to return, attaching a short video and photos. Both video and photo(s) are required for diagnostic and quality purposes. If unable to provide these, our ability to rectify the issue is limited. After receiving the required information, we will contact you to resolve the problem.
If a replacement is arranged, the defective product must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the product.
